Ugh, nasty slang words! They can be so cringeworthy. I mean, who wants to hear someone drop a bomb like that? Not me! Slang words can be fun and even useful in certain contexts, but when they’re used in a derogatory way it’s just plain wrong. It’s important to remember that language has power and using slang words in an offensive way can have serious consequences. So let’s all do our part to keep the nasty slang out of our conversations!

Y’know, if something’s really awesome, you might say it’s gnarly, nasty, or sick - all three mean the same thing: totally epic!

Dork: A derogatory term used to describe someone who is socially awkward or not very intelligent.
Geek: A slang term for someone who is overly obsessed with a particular subject or activity, often to the point of being socially inept.
