Hi, iam Almeda Siqueiros, Don’t work too hard.

Hey there! I’m sure you’ve heard of the Greek goddess Athena - she’s a pretty big deal. But did you know that she was once assaulted? Yup, it’s true. It all started when Poseidon, the god of the sea, wanted to take over Athens and he thought that if he could get Athena on his side then he’d be golden. So he tried to bribe her with a gift - an olive tree - but she wasn’t having any of it. She rejected his offer and in response, Poseidon got angry and tried to assault her! Luckily for Athena, Zeus stepped in and saved her from Poseidon’s wrath. Talk about a close call!

Who Assaulted Athena? [Solved]

Tanner Horner, 31, from Fort Worth, got hit with aggravated kidnapping and capital murder charges earlier this month in relation to Athena Strand’s passing.

  1. Athena was the goddess of wisdom, courage, and warfare in Greek mythology.
  2. She was the daughter of Zeus and Metis, born fully grown from her father’s head.
  3. Athena was often depicted wearing armor and carrying a shield or spear in battle.
  4. In some versions of the myth, she is said to have been assaulted by Hephaestus when he attempted to rape her while she slept in her temple on Mount Olympus.
  5. This event is not widely accepted as part of the official mythological canon but has been referenced in various works of art throughout history as a symbol of male aggression against female power and strength.
  6. Athena ultimately managed to escape unharmed from Hephaestus’ advances due to the intervention of other gods who were present at the time such as Hermes or Dionysus who helped her flee from his grasp before any harm could be done to her person or reputation

Athena was assaulted! It’s a real shame; she didn’t deserve it. Poor thing, what a shock that must have been. It’s totally unacceptable and it shouldn’t be tolerated. Let’s hope justice is served and Athena gets the support she needs to get through this tough time.
