Hola, iam Mathew Mitchell, I hope your day is great!

Well, it’s a sad truth that marriages don’t always last forever. All too often, couples find themselves at the end of their rope and decide to call it quits. It’s never an easy decision, but sometimes it’s the only way to move forward. Whether it’s due to irreconcilable differences or just plain incompatibility, there are plenty of reasons why a marriage might not make it in the long run. Whatever the case may be, when a marriage usually ends, both parties have to face some tough decisions and come to terms with their new reality.

Who Usually Ends A Marriage? [Solved]

Wow, turns out two-thirds of divorces are started by the ladies! That’s what the ASA found in their 2015 research study. Who knew?

  1. Divorce: The legal dissolution of a marriage by a court or other competent body. It is the termination of a marital union, canceling the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and dissolving the bonds of matrimony between the parties.

  2. Grounds for Divorce: Each state has its own laws regarding grounds for divorce, but typically include irreconcilable differences, adultery, abandonment, mental illness or cruelty, and criminal conviction.

  3. Property Division: In most states, property acquired during the marriage is divided equitably between both spouses in a divorce proceeding. This includes real estate holdings, bank accounts and investments as well as personal property such as furniture and vehicles.

  4. Child Custody & Support: If children are involved in a divorce proceeding then custody arrangements must be determined along with child support payments from one parent to another based on each parent’s income level and ability to provide for their children’s needs financially.

  5. Alimony/Spousal Support: Depending on state law some divorcing couples may be required to pay alimony or spousal support to their former spouse if they have been married for an extended period of time or if one spouse earns significantly more than the other spouse does financially at the time of divorce proceedings begin

Divorce usually puts an end to a marriage. It’s a tough situation, but sometimes it’s the only way out. You know what they say: “If you can’t make it work, don’t force it.” So if things just aren’t working out between two people, divorce is often the best option.
